Hollismead, in Corscombe, Dorset are an organic dairy farm promoting biodiversity, animal welfare and sustainability in everything they do. Certified organic, the cows are fed only on grass and wildflowers grown on the farm which in turn produces complex, abundant milk. Benville is a triple cream brie-style cheese, and it has a superlative richness which comes from the butterfat in the grass-fed milk.
